The Strong Work has the mission of encouraging strength through leadership and workplace wisdom. We believe that each individual has innate value and high potential. Humans are designed and destined for much more than we expect of ourselves. There is a purposeful, strong WORK for each of us – so we need to become “the STRONG” to do the work.
The content presented on this blog focuses on topics of encouragement, leadership, and mindfulness – with added bonuses on workplace fitness. These topics will provide the opportunity for personal growth needed to do the strong work in your life – both in the workplace and home/social life. The posts are intended to invite and develop a community – so you are welcome to comment or critique on the blogs or join the Facebook page.
All of the pictures on the blogs are taken by Daniel David (and they may or may not relate to the post). Photography is a hobby (and occasional side job) and enables me to capture and express the beauty I see in this world.
Daniel David is my name (two first names… I know). For the past several years, I have been on a quest to become a stronger “me” in all the work for which I am a steward (home and office). I am convinced that regular positive messages of encouragement, leadership, and mindfulness will help strengthen us for the journey of life.

I have been married to the love of my life for 14 years and we have three children. I am a Texan and a proud graduate of Texas A&M. I work for a small software company called AdvanceNet (www.advancenetlabs.org)
My experience as a leader through work and church, my education in seminary, and the coaching I have received through mentors has given me a passion to engage in personal growth.
Thank you for your interest in joining me in this journey.
